We deliver nationwide in Pakistan via trusted courier partners.

Shipping is free on all orders.

Orders placed before 2:00pm (Pakistan Standard Time) are shipped on same business day while others will be shipped on next business day.

No dispatch or delivery on Sundays and Public Holidays.

Standard delivery time is 2-4 business days, but, the deliveries can be delayed due to weather conditions, strikes or public holidays.

Orders above Rs. 10,000 require an advance payment of minimum of Rs. 1,000. Our customer support team will contact the customer for payment methods and the order will be dispatched as soon as the payment is verified.

If a customer doesn’t receive the first order, he/she is subjected to pay full advance for the next order.

Delivery to hostels and universities require atleast 50% advance payment.

All returned items must include their original packaging, tags and invoice.

If the product is refunded, returned, or exchanged, there will be a charge on Shipping Fee of PKR 300/-, which would be applied through a total reduced refund or credit.
