We only accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 14-days of purchase. 

Customers must return the products via trackable courier company at their own expense to the address provided by our support team. 

All returned items must include their original packaging, tags and invoice. 

If the product is refunded, returned, or exchanged, there will be a charge on Shipping Fee of PKR 300/-, which would be applied through a total reduced refund or credit. 

If an exchange is required due to an error on our part, including but not limited to; wrong product, size, etc., we will process the exchange completely free of charge. 

After we receive the product, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund within 2-3 working days. 

Exchanges are dispatched after the returned item is received and inspected.
