Shipping policy

  • We deliver nationwide in Pakistan via trusted courier partners. 

  • Shipping is free on all orders. 

  • Orders placed before 2:00pm (Pakistan Standard Time) are shipped on same business day while others will be shipped on next business day. 

  • No dispatch or delivery on Sundays and Public Holidays. 

  • Standard delivery time is 2-4 business days, but, the deliveries can be delayed due to weather conditions, strikes or public holidays. 

  • Orders above Rs. 10,000 require an advance payment of minimum of Rs. 1,000. Our customer support team will contact the customer for payment methods and the order will be dispatched as soon as the payment is verified. 

  • If a customer doesn’t receive the first order, he/she is subjected to pay full advance for the next order. 

  • Delivery to hostels and universities require atleast 50% advance payment. 

  • Tracking details are shared via SMS/Email as soon as the order is dispatched. 

  • For hygiene reasons, sealed undergarment packaging cannot be opened before payment.

Refund policy

  • We only accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 14-days of purchase. 

  • Customers must return the products via trackable courier company at their own expense to the address provided by our support team. 

  • All returned items must include their original packaging, tags and invoice. 

  • If the product is refunded, returned, or exchanged, there will be a charge on Shipping Fee of PKR 300/-, which would be applied through a total reduced refund or credit. 

  • If an exchange is required due to an error on our part, including but not limited to; wrong product, size, etc., we will process the exchange completely free of charge. 

  • After we receive the product, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund within 2-3 working days. 

  • Exchanges are dispatched after the returned item is received and inspected. 

  • Please contact us within 14-days of your purchase via email or WhatsApp for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
